How Can I Contact You?

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $49.95 for all orders under $299 within the continental U.S. and completely FREE for all orders over $299.

How Long Until I Receive My Order?

All of our order ship overnight via FedEx or UPS. At checkout, you'll select the delivery date that works for you. We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays, for delivery on Tuesday or Thursday. Overnight orders generally arrive by 11:30am the follow day. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships.

My Order Arrived DOA, Will You Replace It?

Yes! We will replace your order if any of the specimens don't survive shipping. In this case, we will refund the order value or provide you with a store credit code to use on another order. You will only have to pay the shipping cost for the replacement.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order please email support@nativreefs.com. Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before they are set to be shipped out.
